Level 2 award – Food Safety in Catering This qualification focuses on food safety, supplying information about the systems, techniques and procedures required to ensure food is handled safely within your specific setting. Particularly providing increased staff confidence and autonomy through the development of the practical knowledge and skills applicable to both the control and minimisation of food safety risks.
                                                           Level 2 award Healthier Foods and Special diets. This qualification provides a solid foundation in nutrition. It is relevant for anyone involved in the selection of menus, recipes and ingredients, especially within both commercial and public catering, health care and education sectors.

We are also registered with AQA's Unit Award Scheme which offers accreditation opportunities for some of our sessions.
